- Active RN License (license in hand) \t
- Minimum 1 year of recent Hospice experience \t
- Previous travel experience preferred (first-time travelers not accepted) \t
- BLS certification required \t
- Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) EMR required \t
- Strong documentation and communication skills \t
- Must be flexible with territory coverage

- Geriatric patients \t
- End-of-life and palliative care \t
- Average 5–7 patient visits per day \t
- Minimum productivity expectation: 30 points weekly
