Job Description\nJoin our team as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting. You will provide high-quality patient care, perform critical assessments, and utilize your telemetry experience to manage and monitor patient conditions.
Responsibilities\n- \n
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. \n
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes. \n
- Perform wound care and other necessary procedures. \n
- Utilize telemetry equipment for patient monitoring. \n
- Collaborate with team members to provide optimal care. \n
- \n
- Current RN license in the state of North Carolina. \n
- Telemetry experience is essential; ICU experience is preferred. \n
- NIHSS certification. \n
- BLS and ALS certifications. \n
