Your Mission

• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials to exact specifications.
• Build, install, and repair structural components and fixtures.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to define scope and sequence.
• Apply building codes and safety regulations consistently.
• Partner with teammates and trades to deliver efficient, on-time results.
• Care for, calibrate, and safely operate hand and power tools.
• Provide excellent customer service with clear, respectful communication.

What It Takes

• Proven experience as a carpenter or in a comparable craft role.
• Strong command of carpentry techniques and material properties.
• Ability to read and act on technical drawings and blueprints.
• Comfort and competence with trade-specific tools.
• Resourceful problem-solving and keen attention to detail.
• Physical strength and stamina; able to lift heavy materials.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient in woodworking.
