We’re expanding our fabrication crews with fitters at every level. Whether you’re just starting out or leading complex layouts, you’ll work in both shop and field settings to turn drawings into durable builds.

Core Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specs to perform precise layout.
• Fit and assemble steel, pipe, and fabricated components for weld-ready assemblies.
• Measure, cut, align, and tack materials to tolerance.
• Operate hand tools, grinders, torches, and fabrication equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support welders and fabrication teams to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in fitting or fabrication preferred; entry-level opportunities available.
• Strong tape-measure and blueprint reading skills.
• Background with structural steel, piping systems, or fabrication layouts is beneficial.
• Reliable, safety-first mindset; able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Compensation & Schedule

• Status: Full-time
• Schedule: Varies (overtime/weekends as required)
• Pay: $20–$30+/Hr. DOE
• Weekly pay
