At Pinemar, we care just as much about how the work gets done.

We build architecturally significant custom homes, complex renovations, and estate properties throughout the Main Line, Philadelphia, and surrounding communities. Our projects demand craftsmanship, attention to detail, and people who take genuine pride in their work.

  • Are skilled in rough and finish carpentry
  • Can read and interpret construction drawings
  • Take ownership of your work and require little supervision
  • Communicate professionally and respectfully
  • Show up prepared, dependable, and ready to contribute
  • Enjoy solving problems and continuously improving your craft

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation to project sites
  • Ability to lift and carry construction materials and perform physical work

  • Build a long-term career with a respected and growing company
  • Be part of an award-winning culture recognized as one of the region's Best Places to Work

Interested?

We'd love to see your work.

When applying, please include your resume and, if available, photos of projects you've personally worked on. Tell us what types of carpentry you enjoy most and what you're looking for in your next opportunity.
