Your base

Waterloo, IN — serving a consistent regional route with recurring customers.

A day in the life
  • Start your day in a late-model sleeper (2017 or newer), perform your DOT pre-trip, and roll out to scheduled stops.
  • On site, operate a Moffett to safely place pallets of premium pavers and outdoor products.
  • Secure, load, and transport per company procedures and DOT regulations—no tarps needed.
  • Verify paperwork (bill of lading, work orders) and obtain delivery/pickup authorizations.
  • Keep your logbook accurate, maintain receipts/expenses, and report any issues, accidents, or damage.
  • Help bring our brand to life by transporting and setting up displays for the annual contractor show—then break them down post-event.
  • Care for your equipment—cleanliness and basic maintenance checks are part of your routine.
Schedule & pay
  • Average pay: $106k annually (hourly pay + O/T)
  • Mon–Fri Sleeper Cab with up to 4 nights out regionally—paid sleeper time
  • 50–60 hours/week on average; overtime after 40 hours
  • Weekly pay, performance bonus, and sleep time pay
  • Regular route and recurring customers
  • Robust vacation package: up to 1 week in year one; 2 weeks after year one

What you’ll bring
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Class A CDL and 6+ months of commercial driving
  • Manual transmission experience (10-speed preferred)
  • Knowledge of applicable driving rules and DOT regulations
  • B Train experience is a plus (not required)
