What You’ll Tackle

• Aluminum welding with exceptional structural integrity and clean aesthetics
• Fabrication and assembly of hulls, decks, fuel tanks, and critical components
• Blueprint, schematic, and technical drawing interpretation
• Tight‑tolerance fit‑ups and method‑correct weld sequencing
• Worksite organization and maintenance of shop cleanliness
• Coordinated build execution within a 3–4 person crew led by a supervisor

How We Work

• In‑house design and CNC router cutting informed by years of geometry and standardization
• Structured processes in a modern, well‑equipped environment
• Consistent, year‑round workload backed by a strong project pipeline

Your Schedule

Full‑time, four 10‑hour shifts, Monday–Thursday. Enjoy a three‑day weekend—every week.
