Senior Caregiver

I need a hands-on care provider for my father in his 70s. Ensuring he takes his morning and evening meds. Some light tidying up is involved - laundry, dishes, vacuuming, bathroom. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Transportation to the coastal trail for exercise and the Senior Center for lunch a couple times per week. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained.
