Babysitter Needed

We are a young, easy-going family looking for a warm, reliable nanny to care for our daughter three days per week. One parent works remotely from home and is available as needed, but we would like our nanny to feel empowered to manage the day independently. We're looking for someone who can become a trusted part of our daughter's routine while providing attentive, engaging care. Our ideal nanny enjoys spending time with young children, is dependable, and loves helping little ones learn and grow through play, reading, outdoor time, and age-appropriate activities.
