Previous Service Advisor or Technician Experience in a Dealership or Independent Repair Facility Required

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments for service, maintenance, and recall work.
• Communicate service recommendations clearly to customers.
• Explain repair options and associated costs effectively.
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
• Ensure a smooth service process for clients.
• Collaborate with technicians to facilitate service delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire service experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous Service Advisor or Mechanic experience in a dealership or independent repair facility required
• Experience in related industries such as motorsports, RV, or powersports is welcome
• CDK experience is a plus!
• Sales or Customer Service experience in any industry is a plus!
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations is preferred
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Works well in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude
• Good work ethic and computer skills
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
