The team currently works on an older Sitecore implementation and is preparing for a move toward the latest Sitecore architecture. As part of this journey, you will help modernize the front-end layer, build reusable UI components, collaborate with back-end developers and UX/UI designers, and support the transition toward more component-based and headless development practices.

This role is ideal for a front-end developer who has solid hands-on experience and wants to grow further in enterprise web development, Sitecore, React, Next.js, and modern digital experience platforms.

As a Mid Front-End Developer - Sitecore your tasks will be the following:

  •  Develop, maintain, and improve responsive, accessible, and reusable front-end components for Sitecore-based websites and digital platforms.
  • Work closely with Sitecore back-end developers to integrate front-end components with Sitecore templates, renderings, layouts, content structures, and APIs.
  • Support the modernization of the current Sitecore front-end implementation, helping move from legacy patterns to more modular, maintainable, and component-based approaches.
  • Translate UX/UI designs into high-quality web interfaces that are responsive across devices and browsers.
  • Build and maintain front-end functionality using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks or libraries such as React and Next.js.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure design consistency, usability, accessibility, and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Optimize front-end performance, including page speed, Core Web Vitals, asset loading, image optimization, caching behavior, and rendering efficiency.
  • Support SEO-friendly implementation, semantic HTML, analytics tagging, tracking requirements, and structured front-end practices.
  • Work with QA teams to resolve defects, validate browser compatibility, and ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies, estimation, code reviews, technical discussions, and release preparation.
  • Collaborate with content teams to ensure that Sitecore components are easy to use, flexible, and aligned with content authoring needs.
  • Support the adoption of headless Sitecore front-end practices where applicable, including JSS, Next.js, GraphQL, and API-driven content delivery.
  • Maintain clean, well-structured, documented, and reusable front-end code.

What we look for:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, Design Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in front-end web development.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience with modern front-end frameworks or libraries, preferably React and/or Next.js.
  • Experience working with CMS-driven websites. Sitecore experience would be considered a strong advantage.
  • Understanding of component-based development and the ability to build reusable, maintainable UI components.
  • Good understanding of accessibility principles, responsive design, web standards, SEO-friendly markup, and performance optimization.
  • Experience working with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps or similar tools, pull requests, branching strategies, and agile delivery practices.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, back-end developers, QA engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
  • Very good knowledge of English. C2 level certification would be considered a plus.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Sitecore JSS, Sitecore Headless Services, XM Cloud, Experience Edge, or GraphQL.
  • Experience with design systems, Storybook, reusable component libraries, or enterprise UI frameworks.
  • Experience with front-end build tools and package managers such as npm, yarn, webpack, Vite, or similar.
  • Understanding of Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, browser developer tools, and front-end performance profiling.
  • Familiarity with analytics and tag management tools such as Google Tag Manager, GA4, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of .NET MVC views, Razor, or Sitecore rendering integration.
  • Experience working in multilingual, multisite, or enterprise-scale web environments.

What we offer:

  • Competitive remuneration package
  • Work in an international, dynamic and fun atmosphere
