  • Contribute to the technical analysis required for Sitecore upgrade, migration, or re-engineering activities, including custom code, configurations, integrations, content structures, and deployment processes.
  • Build secure, scalable, and maintainable .NET/C# solutions that support business requirements and digital customer journeys.
  • Develop and maintain APIs, integrations, middleware, background jobs, and service layers connecting Sitecore with enterprise systems.
  • Support integrations with platforms such as CRM, ERP, identity providers, search services, payment systems, marketing platforms, analytics tools, and other internal or external systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Sitecore publishing, caching, indexing, workflows, content delivery, performance, configuration, and integrations.
  • Collaborate closely with front-end developers to deliver reusable components and support modern headless or API-driven implementation patterns.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, release planning, sprint ceremonies, and deployment validation.
  • Ensure solutions follow secure coding practices, performance standards, and maintainability principles.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation, including implementation notes, integration specifications, deployment instructions, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Work with DevOps and QA teams to support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, environment configuration, monitoring, and production readiness.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in back-end development using .NET and C#.
  • Hands-on experience with Sitecore XP/XM, including templates, renderings, layouts, workflows, publishing, content architecture, and configuration.
  • Experience with ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, Web API, SQL Server, dependency injection, and common enterprise software development patterns.
  • Good understanding of Sitecore back-end development practices, including pipelines, events, scheduled tasks, caching, indexing, search, security roles, and configuration patching.
  • Experience with Solr, Azure Search, or other indexing/search technologies used in Sitecore solutions.
  • Experience working with older or customized CMS implementations and the ability to understand, debug, refactor, and improve legacy code.
  • Experience with REST APIs, integration patterns, authentication, authorization, error handling, logging, and monitoring.
  • Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps or similar tools, CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, and structured release processes.
  • Good understanding of secure development practices, OWASP principles, and enterprise application security.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across application code, CMS configuration, databases, APIs, and infrastructure.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Very good knowledge of English. C2 level certification would be considered a plus.
