Key Responsabilities:
+ Implement the daily operation of the assigned residence and function as shift leader in the absence of the RM.
+ Assist in the planning and carry out of ISP/IPP Plans.
+ Maintain mandated CT DDS medication certification and will dispense medication as assigned.
+ Ensures all required documentation is completed, which includes, but is not limited to, daily logs, MyAvatar, staff communication logs, data collection, bed checks.
+ Responsible for resident clothing and property inventories.
+ Complete client/house money ledgers as spending occurs in conjunction with the RM
+ Complete wage spreadsheet and banking as pay checks are received in conjunction with the RM.
+ Supervise and assist with house meals.

**Salary:** Starting at $23.50 hourly (commensurate with education and experience)
**Qualifications**
+ Associate degree or higher degree (BS/BA) preferred. High School diploma/GEDrequired
+ 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
+ Have a valid CT Drivers License.
+ Be flexible, patient, energetic, and creative.
+ Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
+ Have a strong passion for working with and helping children and adults with special needs.
**Physical Requirements** :
+ Ability to sit, stand, walk, and bend, and move throughout the workday
+ Ability to lift, push, pull, or assist with up to 70 pounds as needed
+ Ability to assist with emergency responses, including evacuations or crisis situations.
