Responsibilities
- Pack customer orders according to company standards.
- Select and gathered items for packing.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
- Verify order accuracy, including item quantities and product descriptions.
- Wrap and protect products to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages with shipping labels and required documentation.
- Prepare orders for shipping and carrier pickup.
- Use barcode scanners to track and process packages.
- Maintain accurate packing and inventory records.
- Restock packing supplies and organized the work area.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production and shipping deadlines.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Load and unload shipments using forklifts and RF scanners to ensure accurate inventory management
- Safely handle heavy packages and materials, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, ensuring proper certification and training are maintained
- Organize and file shipping documents, labels, and inventory records for easy retrieval and tracking
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes, verifying incoming and outgoing packages against orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to promote a safe working environment
- Support warehouse distribution activities by efficiently stacking, storing, and retrieving items as needed

Qualifications

- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire
