Responsibilities

• Pack customer orders according to company standards.
• Select and gathered items for packing.
• Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
• Verify order accuracy, including item quantities and product descriptions.
• Wrap and protect products to prevent damage during transit.
• Label packages with shipping labels and required documentation.
• Prepare orders for shipping and carrier pickup.
• Use barcode scanners to track and process packages.
• Maintain accurate packing and inventory records.
• Restock packing supplies and organized the work area.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production and shipping deadlines.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
• Collaborate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Load and unload shipments using forklifts and RF scanners to ensure accurate inventory management
• Safely handle heavy packages and materials, adhering to safety protocols at all times
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, ensuring proper certification and training are maintained
• Organize and file shipping documents, labels, and inventory records for easy retrieval and tracking
• Assist with shipping and receiving processes, verifying incoming and outgoing packages against orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to promote a safe working environment
• Support warehouse distribution activities by efficiently stacking, storing, and retrieving items as needed

Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts
