Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a 1st Shift Stagers to join their team. As a 1st Shift Stagers, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly and staging processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: 1st Shift Stagers

Location: Jackson, WI

Pay Range: $21

Shift: Monday through Thursday, 4:30 AM to 4:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Assist in staging and preparing materials for production
• Ensure all items are correctly assembled and organized
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow safety protocols and quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Ability to work early morning shifts
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
