CWR-Lead, Warehouse Associate - Now Hiring

Job Title:  Lead Warehouse Associate

Location:  Savannah, GA

Pay Range: $22.00

What’s the Job?

• Assign daily work and monitor team productivity. Coach and support warehouse associates to achieve productivity and quality goals.
• Provide guidance on equipment operation, warehouse procedures, and housekeeping standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with merchandise reconciliation
• Ensure tools, equipment, and supplies are available for daily operations. Address performance concerns and help improve team efficiency.
• Promote and enforce all safety policies and procedures. Troubleshoot workflow issues and resolve operational challenges.

What’s Needed?

• 4 years of warehouse experience
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities
• Strong math, problem-solving, and analytical skills
