Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers via phone to understand their automotive needs.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team based on customer availability and dealership capacity.
- Provide clear and concise information about our services and current offers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales department to ensure a smooth handover of leads.
- Strive to exceed appointment setting goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using a computer and CRM software.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
