Your Mission:

Be the welcoming voice and smiling face that makes every guest feel at home
Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with efficiency and charm
Solve guest inquiries like a hospitality pro—no challenge is too big for you!
Process payments and ensure smooth transactions
Keep things running smoothly at the front desk (organization is key!)

What We’re Looking For:

A friendly, outgoing personality that shines
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
Previous hospitality and FOSSE experience
