Essnova Solutions is seeking an Apple/macOS Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support enterprise Apple device management, endpoint security, and modernization initiatives within a federal environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for Apple and macOS engineering activities
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise macOS management solutions
• Administer and optimize JAMF Pro environments
• Support Apple device provisioning, enrollment, and lifecycle management
• Implement endpoint security controls and compliance requirements for macOS systems
• Support passwordless authentication and hardware credential solutions
• Develop technical standards, procedures, and engineering documentation
• Troubleshoot complex Apple ecosystem and endpoint management issues
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to improve security posture

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of IT experience
• 6 years of engineering experience
• Extensive experience administering and supporting macOS environments
• Extensive experience with JAMF Pro
• Experience supporting Apple device lifecycle management
• Experience implementing passwordless authentication and hardware credential solutions
• Strong endpoint security and systems engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred and may be substituted with relevant experience

Clearance

• Active Top Secret Clearance required

Washington, DC area with onsite support as required.
