Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a smile and provide excellent service
• Take orders and handle payments efficiently
• Prepare and serve handcrafted ice cream and fresh-baked cookies
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained
• Keep the shop clean and organized, including workstations and dining areas
• Assist with restocking and inventory management
• Engage with customers to provide an unforgettable experience

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Friendly and outgoing with great communication skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in food service or retail is a plus (but not required)
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holiday
