Setting: Center-Based ABA Clinic
Population Served: 2-12 years old
Years in Operation: Founded in 2024
What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):
- Lead the clinical operations of the ABA center, ensuring high-quality, ethical, and data-driven services for every client.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop BCBAs and RBTs through ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and clinical training.
- Maintain a reduced clinical caseload while reviewing treatment plans, documentation, and client outcomes to ensure clinical excellence.
- Partner with operations, scheduling, HR, and quality assurance teams to support staffing, compliance, program growth, and day-to-day clinic operations.
- Serve as a resource for families by supporting client onboarding, addressing escalated concerns, and promoting family-centered care.
- Help shape the future of the organization by contributing to strategic initiatives, policy development, recruitment, and expansion efforts.
Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):
Caseload size: Reduced clinical caseload designed to balance leadership responsibilities
Billable hour expectations: 18 billable hours per week
Compensation & Perks (real ones):
Base salary: $90,000–$100,000 annually
PTO: 14+ days
