Job Summary
This position is responsible for the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database, time keeping, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Job Summary
This position is responsible for the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database, time keeping, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include but not limited to:
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to; payroll, benefits, and leave; health and safety.
- Assists in employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Assists in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Assists in new hire and benefits orientation, employee recognition programs and staff events.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Assist in reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, integrity and culturally diversified.
- Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
Additional Duty
- COE Activity 10% of work week
Minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training. College degree (preferred).
