A client of Impart Consulting is seeking a Service Estimating & Submittals professional to join a growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, coordinating projects, and helping customers while supporting revenue growth and successful project execution.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with customers, contractors, sales teams, project managers, and field leadership while playing a key role in winning and executing commercial roofing service projects.
What You'll Do
Prepare estimates, proposals, and submittal packages for commercial roofing service projects
Work with customers, general contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to develop project solutions
Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and bid requirements
Coordinate project handoffs to field leadership and service teams
Build relationships with customers, contractors, and key decision-makers
Serve as a resource for customers by helping solve problems and answering technical questions
Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities and assisting with proposal development
Manage customer support escalations and ensure issues are resolved professionally and efficiently
Maintain CRM records, account activity, and project documentation

Accurate and timely estimates and submittal packages
Strong customer relationships and repeat business
Successful coordination between customers, sales, estimating, and field operations
Consistent achievement of revenue, profitability, and performance goals
Excellent customer satisfaction and issue resolution
Strong organization and follow-through on multiple projects and priorities
Ideal Background
3+ years of estimating, service estimating, project coordination, account management, or customer-facing construction experience preferred
Commercial roofing, construction, facilities management, or building services experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to explain technical information to customers and stakeholders
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Experience with CRM systems, estimating software, Bluebeam, Edge, or similar tools is a plus
