Compensation:

$90,000 - $120,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and trust in our services.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop innovative strategies for reaching sales targets and expanding the client base.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously enhance your knowledge of the insurance industry and our product offerings.
  • Utilize our CRM system to track client interactions, manage leads, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Conduct financial needs analyses to help clients plan for their future and achieve their financial goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information and advice.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and sales activities.
