Compensation:

$125,000 at plan yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored insurance solutions.
  • Educate clients on the benefits and features of our life insurance products, ensuring they make informed decisions.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify opportunities for additional coverage or financial products.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions to ensure seamless service and follow-up.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to provide clients with the most current information.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry, to effectively connect with clients and understand their needs.
  • Ability to build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating your drive and commitment to success.
  • Strong communication skills to clearly explain complex insurance products and benefits to clients.
  • Ability to conduct thorough needs assessments, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems to manage client information and track sales activities.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt, staying informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide the best advice to clients.
