Janitorial - 1st Shift | $21.67

National Star Services is a 28-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a Janitor to maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of all common areas within a luxury high-rise residential condominium in Chicago, IL 60601.

Job Responsibilities:
• Clean common areas like lobbies, hallways, and elevators every day.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and keep floors looking clean.
• Wipe and disinfect high-touch areas like door handles, railings, and buttons.
• Clean restrooms, gyms, lounges, and other shared spaces.
• Take out trash and recycling and move it to the proper area.
• Keep the mailroom and package areas clean and organized.
• Refill cleaning supplies and restroom products when needed.
• Report any issues like broken lights, leaks, or safety problems.
• Keep stairwells and emergency exits clean and clear.
• Use cleaning products safely and follow all safety rules.

Schedule:
Thursday - Monday (5 days)
From 7:00am to 3:30pm

Pay Rate: $21.67 / hour
Bi-weekly pay.

Requirements:
• Per our client’s request, Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required for this role.
• Must have previous experience with commercial or industrial cleaning.
• Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs. and perform physical tasks
(standing, bending, walking for extended periods).
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• A background check will be conducted prior to employment.
