Location: Phoenix, AZ 85007 , Hybrid (first 2 weeks onsite for training, then hybrid)
Type: Contract (through Aug 31, 2026), full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Start: July 6, 2026 (tentative)

About the Role

SunSoft Online is seeking a Customer Service Representative II for a contract opportunity with an Arizona state agency. In this role, you'll support a division that addresses client concerns on behalf of the agency's director, operating in a confidential, neutral, and professional manner. You'll enter customer concerns into Salesforce (received via phone, email, and an online web form), direct concerns to the appropriate programs, and research information to resolve issues.

Major Responsibilities

  • Enter customer concerns into Salesforce, received through email, voice messages, and an online web form
  • Use critical thinking to direct concerns to the appropriate programs
  • Research information to address a range of issues
  • Listen to and transcribe voicemail messages from clients
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant computer applications
  • De-escalation skills
  • Patience, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred

  • Salesforce experience

Additional Details

  • Must be local to the Phoenix area (current location must be listed on resume)
  • First 2 weeks onsite in Phoenix for training
  • Available for an in-person interview within one week
  • Able to start within two weeks of an offer
  • HireRight background check and drug screening required
