**Job Title: Scheduler/Caregiver Coach**

**Summary:**
We are seeking a diligent and compassionate Scheduler/Caregiver Coach to join our team. This dual-role position requires a blend of excellent organizational skills and a supportive attitude toward caregivers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient scheduling of caregiver activities while providing coaching and guidance to enhance their performance and well-being.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Scheduling Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate and maintain the scheduling of caregiver shifts, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency.
- Communicate any schedule changes promptly to caregivers and clients, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts by proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Utilize scheduling software to manage and update shifts and appointments effectively.

2. **Caregiver Coaching Responsibilities:**
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to caregivers, helping them improve their skills and job satisfaction.
- Conduct regular home visits and check-ins with caregivers to address any concerns or feedback and facilitate open communication.
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops to enhance caregivers’ professional development and adherence to best practices.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, encouraging teamwork and excellence.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in scheduling, preferably within healthcare or caregiving environments.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and support a team effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with scheduling software and tools.
- A proactive problem-solver with an empathetic approach.

**Education and Experience:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience working as a caregiver and/or scheduler is highly desirable.
