Fairgrounds WorkerThe Coos County Fair is looking for enthusiastic Individuals to join our team for the upcoming fair!
As a fair worker, you will have the opportunity to interact with the public, work in a fast-paced environment, and help make the fair a success.Requirements

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test without THC and background check.
• Must be able to work during the last two weeks of July, preparing fair grounds and buildings for fair opening.
• Must be able to work alone and with a team.
• Be able to run a weed eater, power washer, and work with various hand tools and paint supplies.

Job Duties

• Painting, pulling weeds, pressure washing, cleaning bleachers, paint scraping, general cleaning, supervising weed eating and mowing and any other assigned tasks.
• During the Fair July 21st - 25th, the grounds preparation will be suspended but you have opportunity to work with garbage collection crews and/or cleaning crews.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday 6-8 hours a day-Flexible Schedule- July - August 12th or as deemed by the Coos County Fair Board. May have opportunities to work more hours or weekend hours.

Rate of Pay

• $14.55 hr
