Outreach/ Marketing Specialist

Ascensa Health is a private, non-profit substance abuse and co-occurring disorder treatment center in midtown Atlanta. The agency is currently seeking an Outreach Specialist to drive patient referrals and revenue growth by building relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners. Key responsibilities include conducting field sales visits, executing marketing plans, educating providers on services, and utilizing CRM tools to track interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, discharge planners, and key community stakeholders to increase referrals.

• Field Marketing: Conducting weekly sales calls and visiting targeted providers to educate them on agency programs, services, and specialty care.

• Communication & Networking: Participating in community events, and conferences to enhance brand awareness.

• Data Reporting: Utilizing CRM software to document referral activity, analyze market trends, and report weekly on sales activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1–2+ years of experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach and marketing.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is often preferred.

• Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
