Location: VA Medical Center 385 Tremont Ave East Orange, NJ 07018.

Pay Rate: $32.00 per hour.

Hours: Several shifts available between Monday-Friday, 7:30am-12:00am.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) certified from Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) or have 5+ years' experience if non-certified.
• Graduate from a recognized CRCST or Tech program with 2+ years SPS experience.

Responsibilities: Shall be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Clean, inspect, assemble, and sterilize instruments
• Operate autoclaves and washer/disinfectors
• Prepare surgical case carts
• Follow strict infection prevention standards
