We are seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager – Billing to serve as a trusted partner for our clients while overseeing billing-related customer success initiatives. This role combines relationship management, account retention, billing operations support, and strategic problem-solving to ensure a seamless client experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, analytical, and skilled at navigating both client relationships and billing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for billing-related inquiries and account support
  • Proactively monitor customer accounts to identify potential concerns and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and account concerns
  • Guide clients through invoicing, payment processes, account updates, and service-related questions
  • Analyze customer trends, account health metrics, and billing data to improve retention and satisfaction
  • Conduct regular account reviews and strategic check-ins with clients
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies that support business growth and client loyalty
  • Maintain accurate account records, billing documentation, and customer communications
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Support customer onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into ongoing account management
