About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Engage and supervise children in a safe and stimulating environment.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and games.
- Monitor children's development and provide feedback to parents.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff members.
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and safety standards.
- Assist with meal preparation and serve nutritious snacks.
- Support children in developing social skills and emotional well-being.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting is preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for child development.
- Background check clearance required.
- Flexible schedule and availability to work various shifts.
