- Evaluate customer requirements and ensure alignment with mill capabilities.
- Conduct metallurgical investigations, including root‐cause and failure analyses.
- Lead product trials and report findings to operations and leadership.
- Support customer visits, technical reviews, and product performance evaluations.
- Review and maintain procedures, specifications, job aids, and SAP SKU configurations.
- Analyze production data to monitor performance and recommend improvements.
- Provide technical support to operations during routine production and problem‐solving.
- Assist with cost‐justification efforts for equipment or process changes.
- Stay current with industry technologies and share best practices across the organization.
- Support quality system requirements including audits, calibrations, and corrective actions.
