Location: Lewisville, TX | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $22.00 per hour
• Full-time | W-2

ROLE IMPACT

Support a fast-paced warehouse operation by ensuring customer shipments, inventory, and materials are received, processed, and shipped accurately and safely. Success in this role is driven by attention to detail, efficient material handling, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment while meeting productivity and quality standards.

• Receive, inspect, unpack, and process incoming customer shipments for the repair workflow.
• Prepare, package, and ship outbound orders with accurate documentation, shipping labels, and hazardous materials paperwork for UPS, FedEx, and LTL shipments.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and packaging materials, replenish supplies, and support overall warehouse organization.
• Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, while loading and unloading materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area by following 5S and LEAN principles, meet productivity goals, and assist with cross-functional warehouse tasks as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience using computers and warehouse software to process shipments and inventory transactions.
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds and perform prolonged standing, bending, reaching, climbing, and other physical warehouse activities.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Temperature-controlled warehouse with exposure to workshop noise, dust, and other airborne particles.
• Regular use of pallet jacks and warehouse material handling equipment.
• Steel-toe boots, safety glasses, gloves, and other required personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn.
• Must follow all OSHA safety regulations and hazardous material handling procedures.
• Regular lifting of 50+ pounds and occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
