Maintenance Technician - Manufactured Housing

We're currently seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support two manufactured-home communities in the Pittsburgh metro area (Beaver County), with a company truck provided for travel between sites and supply runs.

This is a great fit for a self-directed maintenance professional or strong handyman who wants to own their work end to end rather than being one of many techs on a large crew. You’ll handle a mix of rental home turns, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, grounds and seasonal work, and emergency on-call coverage. Manufactured-home experience is helpful but not required, and key site-specific tasks can be trained.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day maintenance needs across two manufactured-home communities totaling 100+ homes, including rental turns and common-area upkeep
• Complete minor electrical and plumbing repairs and general troubleshooting
• Support grounds and seasonal work, including outdoor upkeep and snow-related tasks (training available)
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as part of a 24/7 on-call rotation
• Use a provided company truck to travel between communities and pick up supplies as needed

Qualifications

• 6+ months of professional maintenance experience (not solely personal or solo home-repair work)
• Hands-on experience with minor electrical and plumbing repairs
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Comfortable working independently as the primary on-site maintenance resource
• Physically able to perform work that may include accessing areas underneath manufactured homes
