We are a growing fast-casual Greek restaurant concept focused on fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and exceptional guest experiences. We are looking for a driven and experienced General Manager to lead our team, maintain high standards, and help continue our growth.

Position Overview
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and leading a high-performing team. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory

· Lead, train, and develop team members to deliver outstanding service

· Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met

· Monitor financial performance, including labor and food costs

· Drive sales and profitability through local marketing and guest engagement

· Maintain a positive and productive work environment

Qualifications

· 2+ years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a fast casual or quick service environment

· Strong leadership and team-building skills

· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

· Experience with P&L management and cost control

· Passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences

Compensation & Benefits

· Salary: $52,000 – $62,400 annually

· Monthly bonus opportunity: up to $800
