Job Summary

Hardtime Freight LLC is seeking dependable, safety-focused box truck drivers to join our growing team. We are looking for professional drivers who take pride in delivering freight safely and on time while providing excellent customer service.

General Accountabilities

Safely operate a 26-foot box truck.Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Pick up and deliver freight on schedule.Secure cargo properly to prevent damage.
Complete all required paperwork and electronic logs accurately.
Communicate regularly with dispatch regarding load status and delays.
Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies.
Maintain a clean and organized truck.
Provide excellent customer service at pickup and delivery locations.
Report vehicle maintenance issues immediately.
Practice safe driving habits at all times.
Represent Hardtime Freight LLC in a professional manner.

Job Qualifications

Valid driver’s license (CDL not required if operating a qualifying non-CDL vehicle).
At least 21 years old.
Clean driving record.
Able to pass a background check.
Able to pass a drug screening.
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
Reliable smartphone for dispatch communication.
Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
