Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Coordinator

Revive Mind is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Coordinator to join our growing PrTMS Treatment Clinic team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong communication and administrative skills.

As the first point of contact for our clinic, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and supportive experience for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally
• Answer and manage multi-line phone systems
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment plans
• Assist with patient intake forms and office documentation
• Maintain accurate patient records using EMR/EHR software
• Handle incoming emails, mail, and office correspondence
• Support general front office and administrative operations
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Assist with office organization, filing, and data entry

Qualifications

• Previous front desk, receptionist, or medical office experience preferred
• Experience with EMR/EHR software is highly preferred
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Mac/Apple computers
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Experience in medical, wellness, dental, or mental health offices is preferred but not required
