Summary of Position

A culinarian provides the opportunity to create exceptional dishes for our customers in an innovative, energetic environment. Connecting our customers to a travel experience by providing quality food choices to create a memorable experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu.
• Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner.
• Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
• Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers.
• Great teamwork skills and attention to detail.
• Must possess a positive attitude and work well with other team members.
• Positive outlook and outgoing personality.
• Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Must be able to safely lift and easily maneuver items frequently weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds.
• Must be willing to follow directions and ask questions for clarification if needed.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Must be able to work unsupervised.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-year minimum previous kitchen/cook experience in a hotel restaurant or full-service restaurant.
• Food Certifications.

Schedule

• Sunday through Saturday
  • Various Days; 5pm-12 am
