Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and applicants.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with employee inquiries.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees.
• Process job orders and dispatch associates.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Assist with payroll and administrative tasks.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support daily branch operations as needed.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn staffing software.
• Previous staffing or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Availability Requirements:

• Must be available to work overtime when needed.
• Must be available to work weekends as business needs require.
• Must be willing to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours staffing needs.
• Reliable transportation is required.
