Senior Refrigeration Service Supervisor

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Refrigeration Service Supervisor who can lead from the front, solve complex technical problems, and support a team of field technicians while delivering exceptional service to our customers.

What You’ll Do

    •    Diagnose and repair walk-in coolers and freezers with systems up to 6 HP

    •    Service and troubleshoot commercial rooftop HVAC units up to 25 tons

    •    Lead and mentor a team of 5 service technicians

    •    Provide technical support and guidance to field technicians by phone and in person

    •    Assist with difficult service calls and help resolve customer issues

    •    Promote safety, professionalism, and high-quality workmanship

    •    Work closely with management to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

    •    Extensive commercial refrigeration and HVAC service experience

    •    Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

    •    Proven leadership abilities and the ability to motivate a team

    •    Excellent communication and customer service skills

    •    Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

    •    EPA Certification required (NATE certification a plus)
