2nd Shift Forklift Operator/Material Handler

Peoplelink Staffing has partnered with a trusted employer in Elkhart that transforms recycled tire rubber into everyday products—from sign frames and wheel chocks to portable speed bumps and more. With business growing fast, we’re seeking motivated Forklift Operators to join the team on 2nd shift (12:00pm – 8:30pm, Monday–Friday, with overtime opportunities).

What You’ll Do:

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently

• Move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility

• Load and unload trucks accurately and in a timely manner

• Supply production lines with materials as needed

• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues

• Maintain organized, clean, and safe work areas

• Assist with inventory counts and track materials

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Dependable team players with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Previous forklift experience required

• Ability to safely operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

• Basic computer or inventory system experience is a plus

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
