Preschool Lead Teacher

The ideal candidate will be motivated and prepared to become a key member of our team and have a Bachelor's and or Associate's degree in early childhood Education or a Bachelor's/Associate's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of preschool-aged children.
• Manage classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Foster children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
• Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and support special education initiatives.
• Ensure a safe and nurturing atmosphere for all students.
