Job Title: Quality Control / Quality Assurance Supervisor
Location: Kenilworth, NJ
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (Day Shift)
Pay: $21 / hour (based on experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Quality Control / Quality Assurance Supervisor to support daily quality operations in a fast-paced Food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring products meet company and customer standards through inspections, process monitoring, and team coordination.

The ideal candidate will have experience in QA/QC within a food setting and the ability to communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods

• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer specifications

• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement

• Document and report quality issues, defects, and corrective actions

• Work closely with production teams to resolve quality concerns in real time

• Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, and quality metrics

• Assist with implementing and enforcing quality control procedures

• Train and guide team members on quality standards and best practices

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of QA/QC experience in a food environment

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to read and interpret basic production or quality documentation

• Experience with inspections, audits, and quality reporting

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
