Finished Goods Operator
Pay: $21.00–$22.00/hr (depending on shift)
Location: San Marcos, CA
We are hiring Finished Goods Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing company. This role is responsible for operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, packaging finished products, and maintaining production standards in a fast-paced environment.
Available Shifts:
- 2nd Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
- Load materials and prepare products for packaging
- Perform quality inspections and document production data
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Qualifications:
- Recent and previous manufacturing or machine operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Basic computer and math skills - must pass assessments in order to be qualified
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
