Warehouse Associate

Kenner, LA: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with inventory management, shipping and receiving, stocking, cycle counting, and forklift operation. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties:
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control processes.
• Perform shipping and receiving duties, including verifying and processing incoming and outgoing materials.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Stock materials and organize warehouse inventory.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the facility.
• Utilize computer systems to track inventory and warehouse transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Requirements/Skills:
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of two years of warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification required.
• Proficient with basic computer operations and inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and move throughout the warehouse as needed.
