Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

• General groundskeeping, removal of trash, leaves and snow.
• Performing minor repairs to sidewalks, parking lot, lights & roofing.
• Maintaining & trimming trees, shrubs and flowers
• Assisting in vehicle maintenance.
• Misc painting, carpentry & cleaning

• Observe and report property damage / safety concerns.

• Some weekend work required each month

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields, 3 years preferred.

• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload, climb ladders.

• Deadline and detail-oriented

• Valid Driver's License Required

Hourly pay commensurate with experience
