Residential Property Leasing Professional

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Leasing Professional. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and helping create a welcoming community environment. The Leasing Professional plays a key role in attracting prospective residents, supporting current residents, and assisting with day-to-day leasing operations.

Compensation: $17.00 per hour 

Schedule: Monday – Friday - 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Possible Saturdays required)

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and provide community tours
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and visitors
• Assist with leasing apartments and processing applications
• Maintain accurate leasing files and resident records
• Follow up with prospects and residents professionally and promptly
• Coordinate move-in procedures and resident communications
• Enter work orders and assist with resident concerns
• Support marketing efforts and community outreach
• Maintain a professional and welcoming leasing office environment
• Follow Fair Housing guidelines and company policies

Qualifications

• 1+ years of previous leasing, property management, or customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED 
• 1+ years of previous leasing, property management, or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor required
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office and property management software preferred
• Yardi experience is a plus
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable with strong attendance
• Reliable transportation required
• Must pass background check and drug screening
