Location: Van Buren, OH
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

We are looking for dependable General Labor Associates to join a fast-paced distribution center. This role involves supporting warehouse operations, handling materials, and ensuring products are moved safely and efficiently throughout the facility.

Available Shifts

1st Shift (Key 1)
Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Must be available for overtime

2nd Shift (Key 2)
Monday – Thursday | 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
Must be available for overtime

Weekend Shift (Key 3)
Friday – Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Must be available for overtime

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
• Sort, stage, and prepare products for shipment
• Assist with inventory organization and general warehouse duties
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Perform other general labor tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the shift
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work for extended periods
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Overtime availability required
